Cancellation Policy
eBags quickly transmits your order to the vendor so we can rapidly prepare your shipment. Due to the speed of this transmission, we cannot always stop the shipment from being processed. eBags will attempt to cancel your order, or individual items on your order, if your request is made before we have transmitted the order to the vendor.* eBags cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.

Making Changes To Your Order
If you request to change the color of an items on your order, eBags will attempt to change these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. If you request to change to another item (besides a color change), we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. For inventory reasons, no changes, except for color, can be made to the items on an order. In order to make a request to change a color, please call 800-820-6126 . No email requests, please.

Why Such A Strict Policy?
Simple. Your order is sent to the manufacturer as quickly as possible to ensure, prompt delivery. Once the order has transmitted to the manufacturer, it is very difficult to stop the shipment. For this reason eBags cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled. If the order does ship, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that any unused item can be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
